The AMF, the Financial Markets Authority, the main French regulator that generally oversees the trading industry and consequently the forex brokers and binary options brokers in addition to other financial entities in France along with international regulators such as the CySEC which oversees the financial sector at the European level, the FCA which has the same function in the United Kingdom, and the CONSOB in Italy and the CNMV in Spain, published last month a list of 23 brokers to be avoided. Among these brokers, we recorded two binary options brokers namely IkkoTrader and AJ Browder capital. Today, the AMF publishes a new list that exclusively identifies binary options brokers against which it warns new traders.
A total of 68 websites have been identified, mainly non-regulated binary options brokers. The AMF regulator also pointed out that these binary options websites are based on rather aggressive advertising campaigns. The marketing aspect of these brokers is cumbersome and encourages traders to trade without warning them of the risks associated with investment.
We will make available here-below the official list that the AMF has updated and published on its website; this list includes 68 binary options brokers that offer their services in terms of investment within the French and European territories and through binary options trading without having the permission of the local regulator or other European financial institutions and against which the French regulator has issued a warning. Therefore, traders and other investors are strongly discouraged from accepting the financial services offered by these companies when solicited by them.

Please be aware that this list is not exhaustive and could quickly be subject to change. Therefore, we advise traders to regularly visit the website of the French financial markets regulator: http://regafi.fr (register of the financial agents) to see which binary options brokers are regulated and which brokers do not have the license from the regulator and should therefore be absolutely avoided.
As we have seen in our article “Making money with Binary Options in 2014“, binary options trading is an increasingly popular practice. Internet users are turning to this product since this is a relatively simple method that is accessible to all for investing in the financial markets and quickly earning money. The binary options industry continues to evolve and with many companies (brokers) emerging in the market, it can be difficult to make a distinction between the reliable binary options brokers and the brokers that do not offer any real guarantee. Therefore, we advise the readers of this website to only chose regulated binary options brokers.
As we have seen at the beginning of the article, there are many regulators that exist all around the world. For example at the European level, the CySEC regulates binary options brokers, in France the AMF fulfills this mission, in Spain we have the CNMV, in Italy it is handled by the CONSOB whereas in the UK it is the FCA. In addition to granting licenses to the most serious brokers within the trading industry that have proven themselves in the long term, these regulators set out the conditions and quality trading services and fully establish the local financial standards. Regulation is a really important element to consider when you choose a binary options broker. Brokers such as AnyOption, OptionWeb and TopOption are part of the regulated brokers; hence, regulators will ensure that your funds are secure and that your binary options earnings are paid to you.
As a BonusBinaryOptions.net reader, by choosing to register with a binary options broker you will receive negotiated bonuses on deposit. In fact, due to the close relationships we have with different brokers, we have been able to negotiate exceptional bonuses that you can not find anywhere else. For example, when opening a trading account with TopOption, a 100% bonus on deposit will be granted to you whereas in normal circumstances the TopOption broker offers no bonuses to its traders. The BonusBinaryOptions.net guarantee is also another advantage that you can benefit from by opening a binary options account through this website. Hence, in case of any problems encountered during your trading experience with your broker, we can provide support to you and will do everything possible to resolve the problem as quickly as possible thanks to our influence.
